This web site has sat quietly ticking over,with people finding it more by chance than anything. I have not tried to optimise it for Google s satisfaction to get ranked on page one. It is quite a responsibility to push out information on health related topics. I have tried doing nothing,relaxing, it usually lasts about twenty minutes then I get frustrated and need to go and do something. watching TV is OK in moderation but i prefer writing fiction,music in the form of playing my guitar, or painting a picture. i am sure anything creative would suit,if i did not have these three. so why have a hobby? Because the plain fact is that if you are enjoying yourself doing something interesting that you like,then you are not likely to start feeling depressed,anxious or angry.

If you have any mental stress in your life,be it trouble at work,problems at home or deeper long term depression,get a hobby. It has saved me time and again,it is better than paying for therapy. I don’t give this advice in a casual manner,I am serious,and it is far from a stupid suggestion. So turn that TV off and create something,anything,whatever your heart desires,or even just start writing down your thoughts and feelings. my daily diary of moans turned into writing humor to cheer me up. Eight books later it has become a big part of my life.
